I am an independent personal development specialist and coach working with the creative industries, corporate clients and private individuals. I offer practical experience of a wide range of market sectors and am committed to the release and realisation of untapped potential within organisations, teams and individuals. I equip my clients to be more personally resilient and to work effectively with the challenges of their day to day working lives and relationships. I am a founder member, and partner in The Well Room corporate wellbeing consultancy. Projects I work on are tackled in the spirit of partnership in an open, creative and fully participative manner.

Professional Qualifications and Memberships:

Skills of this group include; marketing and PR; sales training; financial management and business development. I operate as client project manager/co-ordinator of the group when required.

Experienced gained by:

Project Managing and developing a year long leadership programme as part of the National Cultural Leadership Programme for the creative sector. Over twenty years as a freelance Human Resource Management Consultant and Coach, working with culture change programmes in public and private sector organisations. Formative years spent as an HR Manager setting up an HR and development function for an innovative creative start up electronics business. My career began at GEC Marconi with 7 years in various HR and Training roles in both manufacturing and R & D environments.

On-going Personal Development:

I am a lifelong student of the Enneagram, had a gap year at 40 to do an arts foundation course and studied guided imagery with the Image Work Institute. I particularly enjoy working around creative energy and have also studied Reiki.
