Comments from some of my corporate and private coaching clients:

“The things I really value in your approach are – creativity, ability to challenge the ‘stuck’ behaviours in a non-confrontational way and a deep sense of empathy with your clients. Most of all, for me personally, you have great listening ability and patience. That allows me to unload, which you are then able to translate into practical ideas and initiatives for coping with stressful and demanding situations”. Chief Executive, Borough Council

“I valued the approach & originality of ideas. Your creativity was refreshing & your coaching style, which was a new concept to FTSE, was found by many to be extremely valuable”. Liz Storey, Former HR Manager FTSE

“I was told to work with a coach by my manager- not my choice - but in doing so I was very pleased and enlightened by what we did.” Engineering Project Manager

“The creativity of your thinking; you have the ability to challenge and peel back through the layers; your directness and candour; your consummate professionalism and personal integrity. It's always a joy to be able to work with you, and I ALWAYS gain a fresh insight about myself in the process of doing the work.” Sarah Mast, International Management Consultant, WOW Consulting

“Treating me as a whole person, considering my needs and ambitions in a holistic way - not just work, but also my family, social and emotional needs.”

 Chief Officer, Local Authority

Client comments from team building events and group work

“The obvious improvement in the moral of the IT Team is certainly demonstrated by the improved reactive service and much improved communication lines with the Management Team with regard to strategic developments.” Kevin Elliott, MD SGP Property and Facilities Management

“I thought the day was well structured and enjoyed all activities, well done to Sue and a big thank you for organising the whole event, I thought it only went to prove we work excellently as a team and we can achieve anything. I can say it's the best team day I have been on - again thank you from all at Boots.” Boots facilities Management Team

“Your help and expertise were invaluable and the event certainly exceeded my expectations. Thank you. I had a good look at the feedback forms and it seems the delegates enjoyed a wonderful experience.  We achieved 100% success at fulfilling objectives and comments such as ‘Excellent’, 'Brill' etc flowed.  Nearly everyone rated the day at '7/7' and all want to do it again,” Jill Jowers Programme Manager Warwickshire Social Services
